Yes, we provide Legal Opinion In 3 Variants 1. STANDARD, 2. ADVANCED & 3. PREMIUM.

What are the difference between Standard, Advanced & Premium Legal Opinion?

Standard – We collect the required documents from the client and verify the transactions for 45 years and give our opinion.
Advanced – We get the basic property information from the client and we, collect all the certified copies for all the required documents for 100 years and do a deep analysis of all the entries and give a details opinion of that property.
Premium – Along with the Advanced services we also collect details from the relevant courts for legal cases and give a detailed Revenue and Legal Opinion.

What do you mean by Revenue & Legal Issues Management?

We check all your Revenue records and Legal papers (if any) and identify the discrepancies & mismatches. Then Correct/ Resolve those issues through the concern departments. This will take considerable time depends on the issue.

How do you manage our properties?

We do periodical physical inspection of the property, Take photos and videos and send it to the client. We also do live video calling and show the status of the property. We help in Cleaning, Fencing & Digital Survey of the client’s property with third party support.

What do you mean by Finding clear Properties?

Clients those who want to buy a property, have to undergo various stages

1. Hunting properties through Paper Media / Social Media / Property Portals / Mediators & Agents, etc.

2. Get the details ,
